Euro Shoe Group has something for everyone
Omer and Albert Vanaudenhove, the founders of what was later to become Euro Shoe Group, opened their first shoe shop in 1925, in Limburg. And they've grown since then! Thanks to the devotion of staff and a shrewd expansion policy, Euro Shoe today operates in three countries, has 385 shops, employs 2000 staff in the Benelux and has a consolidated turnover of 325 million Euros.
With its well-known shop chains – Avance and Shoe Discount in Belgium, Avance and Bristol in the Netherlands –, Euro Shoe focuses on distributing quality fashion items and accessories, at the right price, in a pleasant work and shopping environment.
We met Leen Doms, HR Business Partner responsible for around 300 people in Belgium, including 210 employees. Leen and his two colleagues are the primary point of contact for managers and all of the staff. Once again, last year she didn't have an automated solution to deal with the recruitment, shortlisting and filling of around sixty vacancies.
