Omer and Albert Vanaudenhove, the founders of what was later to become Euro Shoe Group, opened their first shoe shop in 1925, in Limburg. And they've grown since then! We met Leen Doms, HR Business Partner responsible for around 300 people in Belgium, including 210 employees. Leen and his two colleagues are the primary point of contact for managers and all of the staff. Once again, last year she didn't have an automated solution to deal with the recruitment, shortlisting and filling of around sixty vacancies.
