Who am I?

After growing up in Antwerp, in 2004 I sought peace and quiet in the rural area of Nijlen, where I still live with my husband and little daughter! Since 2011, I’ve been part of the Profile Group team, where my career in recruitment has taken off in leaps and bounds. Welcoming and assessing candidates, interviews and evaluations, assisting users, sales and account management… All these experiences have enriched my toolbox for finding the right solution for each client. For three years, I followed a different path, until I decided in 2022 that my place was with Profile Group. I’m now back in the Talent finder team as a recruitment software expert.

About my job

As a support specialist and account manager, I combine support for Talent finder customers with account management. This dual responsibility means that I can provide the right solution for all users and provide clear answers to questions from new customers. In addition, I provide training for new and experienced users alike, and help brainstorm interesting new developments for Talent finder.
