How can I transfer a candidate from a function to another?

When you are in the candidate’s file in the function, you have the ACTION button and then TRANSFER CANDIDATE. A pop up will open and you will have to choose the function where the candidate should be transferred and if you want to transfer his application documents too.
How can I find the candidates I have refused in a function?

Go to your list of candidates. Click on grey arrow next to the magnifying glass on the top right and choose in STATUS, APPLICATION REFUSED, apply the filter. You will see all your refused candidates.
How can I find a candidate who have been sent a refused letter and that I want to put back in the candidate container?

Open the candidate’s file in the database. Click on ACTIONS in the top right-hand corner. In the drop-down list, click on DATABASE TRANSFER. A REDIRECT CANDIDATE window will open. Choose the job to which the candidate should be transferred and if you want to copy all the applicant documents.
Can I see the full list of candidates that have applied to a position?

Candidates who are still active in the function are directly visible. To see the rejected candidates, click on the grey arrow next to the magnifying glass.
