Is it possible to export all the documents that the applicant has given when applying?

Yes, when you are in the list of candidates, you select the candidate(s). Then you click on ACTION and you have EXPORT TO ARCHIVE, a zip document will be downloaded with all the documents.
Can I have an export of the functions in a department?

If you have departments in your Talentfinder, then contact your account manager to do the export for you
Can I get an excel export of all the jobs?
