How can I delete a user?
GO in CONFIGURATION, then USER. Click on the name of the user you wish to delete and press DELETE.
When I try to create a new User, I receive a error message which tells me that the login already exists. How come?
All logins are collected in the Talentfinder database. If an error message appears, it means that this login is already in use. Choose another login that does not yet exist. It is the LOGIN that changes and not the user.
How can I check if a user’s email address is correct?
Only with an HR administrator access, go to CONFIGURATION and then to USERS. You can modify the data of a user. Do not forget to SAVE CHANGES
I cannot change my password, why?
