A lot of ATS are not GDPR complian. We have taken the effort to design Talent finder working closely with external GDPR and legal experts who have audited and confirmed that we are really compliant.

What does compliance mean? The candidate needs to consent for what purpose you are going to use their data and has the right to edit, consult and delete at any time their data (without asking you!). With our tool, it is possible for a candidate to opt for a ‘one job only’ application, ensuring that their data are available only during the recruitment period for this job.

This is all possible thanks to:
